Angela Hardee, FNP-C

Angie is an ANCC board certified family Nurse Practitioner and valued member of the AWHG team. She attended University of Southwestern Louisiana where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1992. After working as a registered nurse for 3 years, she enrolled in the Nurse Practitioner program at USL and earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree, graduating with honors as a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society in 1998. She is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners.

That same year Acadiana Women’s Health Group welcomed her as Nurse Practitioner in collaboration with Dr Francis Cardinale. In 2016, she felt drawn to a rural health clinic near her home where she practiced for 3 years. She then returned to AWHG in October of 2019 where she provides care for women of all ages. Her scope of practice is expansive including traditional GYN and Prenatal services along with common acute and chronic health issues.

Angie resides with her husband of 35 years, Luther ”Buster” Hardee on their farm in Wright Louisiana, where she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
